Take time to communicate what matters to you most and those you love.
The recorded story in your own voice adds another dimension to your story.
Take time to tell those you love about who you are..who you love, who you are grateful for and who you forgive and who you wish forgiveness from.
The Practice of Ho’Oponopono
This is a beautiful practice of reconciliation, gratitude and forgiveness. It was first brought to light by a Hawaiian therapist, Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len who cured an entire ward of the criminally insane without ever seeing them. By clearing his own blockages, he healed the part of himself that created them. Ho’Oponopono is defined as “mental cleansing: family conferences in which relationships were set right through prayer, discussion, confession, repentance and mutual restitution and forgiveness. This is an incredibly healing process that not only heals you, but those around you.
